I have had a pretty jaded reaction to the news that I wish to write a blog.  It has been along the lines: 'Like the internet needs another bloody blog'. It could well be true but it has, of course spurred me on to continue despite my technical ignorance. People don't have to read it after all. I will admit I still don't know how to frame my musings. That is, what to say and how to say it. I think the best way to approach it for now is to treat the blog as a diary and to write any random or significant (to me, obviously) thoughts as they bubble up. I will decide later whether to call my blog 'This Strange Life' or 'This Normal Life'. Why? I want it to reflect what I do and see, which can range from the prosaic through to the relatively unusual all the way to the weird and kinky. Whatever the subject matter, I shall try and make it sound as interesting as possible.
